My girlfriend and I bought a house about a year ago. Our first place and I was most excited about finally getting my hands on my very own garage for the 1st time.
I obviously overlooked the amount of work it needed the few times I looked at the house since after moving in did I get the full scope of the work needed to clean it up to my bare minimum standards.
This was a few days after we moved in

I don't know who installed the drywall but it was a mess
I had to trim out all the ceiling corners to support the drywall from below since there was little to nothing left of it to screw to the rafters above
My powering the garage door mod. Better than the old owners I think. Gained a free power bar and extension cord out of the deal as well.
Ah yes, much cleaner now!
As of mid summer I was at this point. More work planned and to follow. Def thinking of a good flooring option, as well as what ways to cover up the lower 24inchs or so of foundation wall.
