So in the last couple of days I had some concrete poured for a new driveway and initially it looked great. But now that it is starting to dry I can see a lot of wrinkles as I like to call them in the concrete, they didn't edge very well, concrete got under the frame. The big things that baffle me is that they didn't use any mesh or rebar and they said they don't put in the expansion lines till later. Looking forward to your guys help.

Well, pictures would help. Did you have a contract? How big of an area?

When I had my garage slab done, they pulled the forms and did saw cuts the next day.

Lots of potential issues based on your description but as casmurbax alludes to, your remedies depend on whether you had a contract and what that contract specifies. If your contract didn't include reinforcing, you don't get reinforcing. If your contract doesn't specify early cutting of control joints, you won't get those either. The finishing issues you mention are a little more tricky but that's where pics would help. Sorry you aren't happy with your slab but it may be too late for us to help.

If it’s around 12x12 joints not needed depending on thickness. Never heard of no fiber or metal. Need a lot more details. What prep was done? Compacted?
