I picked up this old, presumably Quincy, air compressor yesterday. I’ve searched high and low and can’t find any pictures that match this specific unit, no literature or anything. There’s a tag on the side of the compressor that’s branded as Binks, see photo. 5hp single phase Marathon motor. If anyone has any insight to what model and time period this is from it would be quite helpful. My guess is that it’s pretty old, maybe 40s-50s.

Thanks

It's definitely a Quincy pump, it's single-stage (so in the 2xx model family). From your ID tag, I am pretty sure that the "222" is the Quincy model number, and the "3" is the Record of Change or "ROC", while the "3 X 3" is for a 3" bore piston with a 3" stroke. Quincy no longer makes this exact pump, but below is a snip from their single-stage compressor pump data which would show that this model would be right between their model 216 (3" bore x 2.5" stroke) and model 240 (4" bore x 3" stroke).
