Does anyone know where I might be able to find the base that goes with this vise? I’ve looked on eBay, etc. This is my Dad’s and I would love to get it completed. Thanks

Very unlikely you will find just the base for that low-cost utility vise. There are a number of complete vises available, but not sure if the USA-made versions will fit your imported vise. Here's one like yours:
