Hello fellow garage guys...I'm new to this forum, I signed on back in Feb. when I was in the pre-planning stages. I'm in the first phase of my new garage. It's going to be 30 x 25 1/2 (765sq.ft.), 9 foot walls, gable roof with max peak of 15 ft. I'm also installing radiant heat in the slab. I plan on taking progress pictures to share from the footings to the structure Many details to workout. Its quite exciting really. Been waiting a long time for my "man cave" shop. I'll stay in touch. Oh yes almost forgot I'm putting a portable mid-rise scissors lift in that will set below the surface in a 4 1/2 inch pocket to allow the lift to remain flush with the floor when collapsed. I have a classic car I'm doing all this for and want to store it and work in comfort during long Michigan winter months.
