Hi all, this is my first post. I've been lurking here for about a month and have to say there are a lot of great garages and ideas on this forum.
I have a lot of questions about building a brand new shiny detached 30'x30' garage. I believe in DIY so I will be doing as much as I am capable of including the plans. I have already created a 3d model of the garage in autocad and I'm starting to slap some dimensions on it and create my parts list. Before doing that I contacted the city and made sure I could build the size that I envisioned and I can.
I know I said I have questions but so many have been answered just by reading the various posts that I am drawing a blank at the moment. Perhaps someone can ask me a question that will lead me to remember the ones I forgot already.
Any way I have at least introduced myself.
