Howdy All, been looking around a bit before posting! Very informative and helpful site! Currently planning a build for a 24x48 pole building, as soon as I sell the house I moved out of .... did I mention I had just finished a 20x28x10 shop at that location... well now I have! The things a person does to have a little more space! Purchased new to me home a few months ago now, it has no outside storage but the house is on 1 acre of property outside city limits! Looking forward to sharing the new shop build when the time comes!

The part of Oregon that I live in gets an avgerage of 159 days of rain, 182 days of sunshine, and it has an average of 217 day growing season! Just a little info for your question! I will post up a couple of pictures once I get an account with photobucket or another photo site!
