Hey guys...

My name's mike and just joined the forum. I'm a total car nut (as well as golf, snowboarding, etc etc). I have a 14x20 detached garage that I'm finally fixing up. Yes, it's a small garage but fairly large in my neighborhood. I really need to store (and maintain) my 1969 Mercedes 280SL with 56K ORIGINAL miles. I'm a total newbie regarding the garage. Since we are currently in a recession, I will not be spending a boat load of $$$. However, I will be spending my money wisely on the improvements. I will be putting in an electrical panel and a new garage door in the next couple of weeks. I would like (and appreciate) to get all of your opinions and suggestions regarding this makeover. I will be posting lots of photos soon.

Cheers,
Mike

Welcome to GJ, Mike. Sweet ride you have to take care of. You have found the right place for all your answers. There are garages on here with shoe string budgets and others with no budget. Take a look at them all and see what fits your plans. Ask questions and you will get plenty of answers. Some of which may actualy be helpful. :)

Good Luck. You should be able to fit in fine here.

Welcome! What city are you in? I'm in Santa Rosa. There's a couple of us here in the North Bay and plenty in Norcal. Anxiously awaiting pics of your workspace!
