Well, if he's like me, you have the good one (usually newer) that works, and the old one(s) that doesn't hold well any more, but "I'm going to rebuild it ...someday."!

yeah what dave said,i just dont want to throw a jack away. i guess i should because the new ones are cheaper to buy than fix an old one.
