Hi everyone, I've been lurking around here a while. I just had my new garage built, and am in the process of putting the finishing touches and moving in. I hope to learn a little and maybe help out where I can.

May I suggest you update your profile with better location than on your property as in future you may find that helps. Specially given this is a very global forum. Often you will find subjects may get different answers depending on locations and regulations.

I actually get down to Shrewsbury about once a year to see a relative.
