What's up GJ? My fiance and I recently purchased our first home, along with that came a detached, poured concrete, 20x23, 2 car garage. It has a flat roof that has leaked for some time so the floor is in need of some (hopefully) minor repairs. I've been lurking around here for awhile, hoping to get ideas on how to put a peaked roof on, gain some ceiling height and repair and seal the floor. After reading here for a couple months I keep coming up with more and more things I'd like to do...
