New member Beacon Morris heater Question

Hello to all,
I am in the process of finishing my garage project and looking to put a heater in. I am thinking of buying a Beacon Morris 75BTU low profile unit from Menards. My building is 840 Sq FT. Can anyone offer any opinions on this unit?

I have a Beacon Morris from Menards, 75k unit, my garage is about 800 sq ft. The unit works well, warms it up in no time. Just had it installed last spring so just starting to really use it now as the nights get colder in MN.

I also have a Beacon/Morriss 75K Unit. My Garage is detached 750 sq. ft.
with an open staircase that leads upstairs. (lots of cold air falls down the stairs)

Mine is mounted to my Garage's Center I Beam on one side and 2 threaded rods on the other side. (Drops it about 9" from the ceiling)
So its very solid.
I have heard complaints about the unit being loud and rattling alot.
I do not have that issue at all, and it works great.
(I dont think pasta 15 has any issue with noise either, because its mounted straight to the ceiling)

If you hang it from threaded rods, use the largest rod that you can fit...and rubber isolators if possible.

I just picked up the 75k unit today for my shop. It's getting insulated as we speak. Will post up some pics once installed. My shop is 40x36 w/9' ceilings. I had concerns about this being undersized but I think it will be plenty for a well insulated building. I'll post up my results on heat up times as well.
