Hello from Alabama! I've been a DIY'er for years, and that includes car work and much more. I have recently started going through my tools trying to find out some history. My dad passed away in 2020 at the age of 88 and I have added his tools to my collection. My dad could build or repair just about anything. He worked on aircraft, radar, cars, radios, electronics, and so much more. I inherited his love of good tools and learned a lot from him before he passed. Since he's no longer around to tell me the history of every item...I've come here in hopes I can learn a little or a lot, or buy a little or a lot! Thanks for allowing me to join. Susan

Welcome sorry about your dad sounds like a great guy. I'm pretty much a DIYer too.

My condolences for the loss to you and your family. For info on any particular tool it's best to show several photos. Welcome from the foothills of Appalachia, pull up a chair and join the conversation.
