I'm having an issue with my Quikrete clear coat epoxy. A lot of the floor is still white and comes off if scratched. It's dry, but still white and flaky. It almost looks like it has crystallized. I etched the floor twice before putting down the light grey epoxy with flake. Once the light grey epoxy dried for 48 hours, i put down the clear coat. It's been over 72 hours and it still has the flaking. Does this mean that i have to buy more clear coat (the stuff sure isn't cheep) and go over it again ONCE i remove the existing flaking clear coat? Is this a normal thing for the clear coat to do?
