I am planning a new shop, 60' x 90' w/ 14' eaves. I am open for lighting recommendations. What type, brand and anything pertinent to lighting this would you recommend? I HATE working in the dark, so with that said maybe will help on recommendation for lighting.
Thanks in advance.

Yeh 60 x 90, got the wife talked into that size and not going to wait and let her change her mind, I hope. Basically the floor will be painted a light gray and the walls I will start with white vinyl insulation and eventually put tile board on them with a light gray on the bottom half and lighter on the upper half.
Yes it will have a bathroom , shower and bed room.

Flat ceiling? or is this a metal building with a peaked roof and no ceiling other than the inside of the roof? If the lights are going to be 14 ft off the floor or close to it, I'd go with some T8 strips or the fixtures of 6 tubes (either T8 or T5). I installed Metal Halide, but I spent $500 to buy the 12 fixtures (plus a spare) that I used. Depends on how much money you want to spend.

Lots of light is a good thing.

Sorry I forgot to mention the ceiling. It will be metal roof with a peaked roof. Money is not an unlimited item but I only want to do the lights once and have plenty of light so I don't mind spending to get a good light system.
