New slab getting poured this week. Best options?

I have a fully restored 68 camaro that I finally get to bring home soon. What should I do with this new garage floor?

My needs:

- Will be easy to cleanup oil
- Easy to sweep clean
- Durable, yet doesnt need to be bulletproof.. Just withstand jacks, jackstands, sliding a blown muncie out from under the car every 2 months..lol

Moisture... id really like to keep the floor dry. Dont want any rust forming under the car.

Epoxy?

Ghostshield products, I used the 4500 densifier and the 8505 over that. Nothing sticks to it and is impervious to attack. Won't stain unless you let the stuff sit there forever. I acid stained before to get some color into the concrete prior to applying the Ghostshield products. Concrete will not be slippery when done and 8505 is Dot approved for bus garages. A vendor here handles the product. Check it out.

GhostShield is a good option. If you are looking more for a coating, a polyurea, even a clear polyurea would look nice too

After reading through a few of the "horror" stories of guys having slabs poured.......Make sure you have a competent crew to pour the slab...... Someone that's poured a slab before and has references or slabs poured in the neighborhood that you can inspect.

Pouring a slab is a ONE TIME thing. Do it right the first time; if it isn't done right, everything that follows is just an attempt to fix what was done wrong in the first place. A smooth hard surface is not that hard to achieve, but it makes everything much easier to work with afterwards.

It's available from Home Depot, $78.92 for a 5 gallon pail. Shipped to your door for free.

It doesn't change the look of the concrete, just seals it.

Water beads up nicely.

When I was installing my lift about a quart of fluid leaked out onto the floor, I cleaned it up, you can't tell it ever happened.
