I moved here last spring and got it set up the best I could. It's 22x22 and already had epoxy floor, insulation/drywal, and some lighting. The plan is to upgrade the lighting first (here is the thread I started looking for feedback on LED fixtures https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?p=6970278#post6970278 )
The next phase will be either heat or a 4 post, not sure yet. I would have loved to have a larger space but I need to keep the collecting to a minimum and just have fun with what I have.
