What's up... Names Rick. Had a guy on another forum tell me about this site, so I figured I'd check it out.
Picked up a 35x40 garage from my best friends family about a year ago. I'm just now getting to the start of upgrades and changes.
I'll start threads as I go I guess.
Right now it's setup to be heated, it's insulated, no water or sewer (which ***** because it's 15 blocks from home), and it has a 100 amp service.
It's used as a family gathering spot, man cave, and I build older vehicles in it. Occasionally some steel fab projects.
