Yup the dogs are very spoiled . The windows add free light and the furnace is a must (some kind of heat) or else 6 months out of the year its just a cold box .
Truck is a 1949 Mercury being restored for my son , I have a 1946 GMC in the lineup for myself .

You can never have too many tool and your garage/shop can never be too large

Yea their full of helpful advise . And there not the only one's who would like to see it done . All things in time Just got the 5 Speed in and the new cross member fabricated next is shorten the drive shaft then its on to body , paint and electrical

Nice shop! Great project! Why does the truck have 8? lug wheels and axles? shouldnt it be a wider 5 lug?

Nice. What are you planning on doing with that big roll of Reflectix insulation? I taped some to my garage door. Im not sure if its insulates very well or not, but it looks nice and shiny!

The truck is an M68 so it's a 3/4 ton same as an American made F3 , hence the 8 lug wheels .

The Reflectix insulation is for sound deadener in the truck .
