Odd generator hookup situation: 2 feeds to house

A watt is a watt, and I'd rather have a few extra. If I get a 5kW peak unit I'll never have to question if I can run what I need.

The real reasons for advocating a smaller inverter generator is lower noise and lower fuel consumption.

You could purchase 2 smaller generator and use a parallel kit to get sufficient power. Then you could run a 120V/240V transformer for the well pump.

Anyone know of a "portable" setup from a rebutable brand that can run propane?



Be nice to tap into the 500 gallon tank (the line is sized correctly for this)

There are conversion or dual fuel kits for many generators. I know the Honda generators have good kits, as do others.
