I have a 91 Toyota MR2 2.2L non Turbo, After I changed the Timing belt it started "Hunting" not all the time Just when it is warm, and not all the time. when I engage the clutch so it drags a little it goes away. I have adjusted the Ignition timing back and forth so it feels like the most torque, but it is still "hunting" checked for vacuum leaks, loose wires, adjusted the Idle Air Valve and nothing changes, not even the Idle speed...? it seems to be idling around 1400 RPM. that seems high to me. if the ignition timing is adjusted and lowers the RPM's it has no power. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First go back and check your crank to cam timing.
How did you check it when you did the belt? Did you use the factory marks or make your own before taking the old belt off?
If the belt timing is correct, check for codes by jumping the terminals in the check connector like the sticker shows to check ignition timing and counting the check engine light flashes. If I remember right a code 71 is for the throttle position sensors idle contacts not closing and could cause some of the problems you mentioned. It's pretty common on the 3S-FE engine to find the throttle posion sensor worn on the inside, not letting the contacts close with the throttle closed.

Also reset the igintion timing to the correct place with the terminals jumped and using a timing light. If you don't have a light, see if you can see if you can get it close to where it originally was by looking for the marks the washers on the distributor bolts made on the housing, then get it checked by someone with a light.
