old blue point bench grinder

Hi,new member from montreal canada.I have an old blue point grinder that is missing the left hand thread nut on the shaft.My friend used a whitworth thread gauge that is 24 g 316 ,the shaft is 1/2 inch .So it appears it has english threads.I have been searching google and cannot find it anywhere.If someone could tell me where i could find one ,that would make my day.Thank You Richard

Welcome to the forum. May I suggest you post about the nut under tools as you should get a better response to your question than you would here.
