Old Craftsman tool cart?

I picked up this Craftsman tool cart for cheap last week and after cleaning it up a bit, I tried to find some information on Google regarding its age etc. but nothing came up. There is a tag in the drawer that says "when ordering parts please refer to this number #13813-AD-G" but I couldn't find anything when searching that number.
Its just out of curiosity more than anything, I can find pictures of just about every tool box and tool chest but no reference to this tool cart. Anyone have any information that they would care to share?

That logo isn't very old, probably 2000's or later for the cart.
