Old Milwaukee something?

A buddy got handed a box of older tools from a neighborhood widow. The husband was a plumber many moons ago. We cannot identify this older Milwaukee tool. Anyone know what it is?

What does is do? Does that bottom-center part spin? Maybe some kind of pipe burr cleaner?

It's for closing up Pittsburg seams on ductwork. We called them Pittsburg hammers. Still make them

Oh and Milwaukee doesn't make them, Morlin does and at last glance they sell for about $650-$700 each.

Unfortunately nothing. It needs either a trigger switch or brushes.

Do they make it from a Milwaukee drill trigger/motor setup? This one clearly says Milwaukee on the handle.
