Old/strange autobody dolly

Never seen one with the thread hole in the end like this. Plomb maybe? It was will other Plomb stuff (pullers, sockets etc)

or someone attached a handle to make the dolly a spoon that could be reversed back when necessary.

IMO that's a homemade option. I've never seen a comma dolly with a threaded hole.

I've seen them with a spike sticking out different places, that you could drive them into a piece of EMT, to extend the tool. I've seen them with a handle welded to them on different sides. All from the factory. Can't see why some company, over the decades, hasn't threaded them for hand or extended use, only one handle for the whole set. Call it rare, vintage body tool. Problem solved.
