Old Winchester Wrench Identification

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify a large Winchester Engineers' Double Headed Wrench that is 13 1/2" long.

I have looked in the Winchester Catalog but cannot find the numbers listed.
I have uploaded a photo of the number as it exists right now and also a copy of the Catalog page.
