happy new year!
i’m thinkin bout finishing one-third of my polebarn for a rec room. was wondering how to insulate, install ceiling and finish walls. ceiling joist are on 8’ centers. room would be 16 x 32

Welcome. Lots of info on this site. Best thing to start is do a "Search" from the black bar at top of the page. You can narrow it to "pole barn insulation" or "pole barn finish". And you can ask questions in those particular threads. Good luck with your project.
