Original Color Chips Epoxy - Any thoughts?

There is an ad in my local Craigslist from someone trying to sell this epoxy. Has anyone ever hear of it or used it? They seem to have a number of different kinds including waterborne and solvent.
The craigslist ad is for the solvent based one.
