Our under construction garage addition

We are constructing a 35x24 two story garage attached to the house by a two story entry way. Access to the second story is via a balcony that spans from the existing house through the entry way. Above the garage will be a master bedroom suite, complete with his and her closets, a library, gym, breakfast look looking out at the sunrise and a large bedroom area

It is quite an addition. My neighbor asked if we were building a condo. I told her no. I said we were building low income housing.
