Hello; I've been lurking for 5 years, thought I would post. I needed storage and work space, finally getting around to putting up a building. My back yard can get wet during heavy rains so I needed to build on high ground and my wife wanted it close to the house. I needed to be at least 10 foot from the property line so I decided to make it tall. Its 24x48 with 2 floors in the back and one
16' in front. I like tinkering with old tools and tractors. I have some old metal working machines and woodworking tools I would like to be able to use.
