outdoor outlet extension ring

have backyard outlet from builder, plastic box in stucco (flush)

can I use this to extend the box and add EMT at this location?

I am a little concerned how it can seal, supposed to come with a gasket. It would be similar to the receptacle plate there I guess.

Should come with a gasket ,you could add a little silicone.

The foam gasket is glued to the extension ring.

You say the existing box is plastic...

Make SURE you bond this extension to ground.

In addition to gasket, often RTV helps alot.

Yes, they're available at home depot and lowes as well.

They include a foam weather seal, you put between the metal box, and plastic box. Use the supplied screws, if you need longer ones (sometimes box is recessed), they're 6/32 screws and can be bought at depot/lowes as well.

I wouldn't use RTV, you could use caulking after install. Thin bead around the stucco/box.
