Trying to connect with someone at Racedeck customer service. I've emailed, left messages, and even tweeted, but am not getting my questions answered. I'm not the type to call out a company publicly, however I don't know how else to get through.

That's the opposite of my experience: phone calls answered, all contact responded to quickly. As good as customer service gets.

Hello - That is odd? here Monday - Friday 8-5 mst with over 30 people answering phones and emails?

To answer the recurring question, I do have the right number. Right email too. Maybe just the wrong person...

I've always heard good things about Racedeck customer service and had a good experience when I ordered several thousand square feet this past summer.

I called again and was redirected to the person I've been working with in the past. She was on the phone and I was told she will call me back.

Since I dont have your name or a PM , I went to every single salesperson here in our offices and there are no VM's or message to call back anyone that has not been called back. Please PM me the contact info you left, so I can see what is what? Does not make sense here.
