Guys, I tried search and couldn't find anything--honest! :dunno:

I have two PAL ladders with dry-rotted rubber feet. As I mostly use them outdoors I need them to keep from sinking into the ground. Does anyone know if/how/where they are available?

A google search shows promising results--that end up being nothing when followed. Anyone?

Much appreciate any help! :)

A quick google search on PAL ladders or Westway ladders (apparently PAL ladders are made by Westway) turned up a number of online posts from other people who are also looking for replacement rubber feet. It must be a common problem, but none of the posts I found had any solutions.

Correct there are no manufactured replacement feet...BUT
With a few tools and about $30 in DIY store parts I repaired my 6125 M PAL in about 30 minutes.
Key Parts: 4 - rubber Soil Pipe Hubs (2"x1 1/2"); 4 - 1 1/2" lengths of (1/2"x1/16") round steel tubing; 4 - 2 1/2" stainless carriage bolts and nuts+ washers
Tools: Power drill and 1/2" drill bit; 2 quick grip clamps; and some 9/16" wrenches

Simply drill 1/2" holes in the pipe hubs and the PAL ladder feet ends ~3/4" up from ends; slip in the tubing (acts as a sleeve and weight distributer for the bolts; compress the rubber round pipe hubs with the clamps into ovals and insert the bolts and tighten (I used red lock tight on nuts for permanency)
When finished you have a great new set of PAL feet that will be solid/stable and may give you another 20 + years of service from a great ladder!
