I am looking for a source for a replacement pin for an older Proto 8" ajustable wrench . This is an older style which uses a pin that is a friction fit and is removed from the top. I removed it or soak in evaporust and somehow managed to loose the pin.
I believe this is the style before they started sourcing them from Western Forge. This one is a clickstop .
Thanks in advance.

Honestly they are so cheap on ebay I would just keep my eyes open for one you like there. It's sad, but they just aren't worth enough to justify sourcing, buying and shipping parts. I have a couple old crescents with the same problem, nothing really wrong with them, but everytime I stumble upon a potential doner, it's in better shape.
