I have never heard of the company until I bought a pentco screwdriver; I was able to find a pentco tin snips on Ebay but nothing else about the company.

Has anyone ever heard about this company ? I would like to find information but so far my web search is coming up blank. Thank you for any help or information about this company.

:Special thanks to GJ member Twertsy; he found a small blurb from a 1950 Hardware age that lists pentco- see Penn tool co.

And yes, they appear to have been making mostly snips, including "aircraft snips"
