Phase converter question

I have a 10 hp 480 v 3 phase converter panel and i`m looking for an idler motor for it.
I can get this one it has the rifght hp and voltage but the speed is 3450? rather than the regular 1750ish.
Does this matter?

The rpm's won't matter on the idler.
