Plain Jane Garage Floor Sealer?

Looking for recommendations on a basic one step sealer for a new concrete 24'X48' garage floor. I want something that will resist oil, road salt, and most of the other crud we drop on garage/shop floors. Preferably spray on but I could roll it if needed.

I'd also be interested in what kind of preparation is required (power wash, etc.) and your experience with it's longevity.

I also wanted something simple that would be oil resistant. So far it has been great.
Also used the 'densifier" first (item #4500)

There was originally a problem with the shipment, and "Justin", the president of the company, got involved an helped ensure I received the shipment on time. GREAT service and a good product. Not cheap, but you're not going to do this often.
