Plastic Plug for Wilton 745 vise

I need the plastic plug that goes into the back of a Wilton 745 vise.
I called Wilton and they cannot help on this one.
Also, anybody have an idea how to replace the little rubber things on the handle? Wilton could not help with that either.

If all you're trying to do is keep the dirt out, find somebody with an assortment of Caplugs and find one to fit. Maybe Fastenal or the like? http://www.caplugs.com

You've got an excellent mechanics vise there. The old U.S. 745's are unsung sweethearts.
I've never seen that hole plugged on a 740's series but it would finish it off nicely. Maybe later import ones do, but I ignore Them.....

My older catalogs show the hole empty from factory:

Under 5 minutes in a good hardware store and you'll have one. Furniture feet cups maybe. You'll find something.....
