Please help identify maker - metric stubbies

One of the sets of stubbies I picked up has no brand and I'm not familiar with the markings on the back. If you who the manufacturer is, it would really help me out when I list them. I do not want to misrepresent them. They are nice heavy tools, but unknown (to me) mfg. Help me GJ, you're my only hope...

Thannk you gentlemen. I knew I could count on you. I have some things (SnapOn, Mac, Matco, etc.) that will go to eBay, and then things like this set that will go to the flea market folks.

After seeing these puppies I can envision many times in my work life that they would have come in handy. (y)

V8 Tools is pretty much bottom of the barrel. But for something like a stubby wrench, they'd probably be ok for occasional home use.
