Please Help With Info On This Snap-on Box

I have sold almost 1000 toolboxes. Almost all Snap-on. And I have never seen this model before. I would love to make a video on it going into detail but I cant find any info online. It looks like that bottom drawer was an add on. The top is solid not a flip up and the stainless has no way to be removed. I would really appreciate if anyone had info on this like what was the list price? How long was it in production? Why did they stop making it? Specs? Weight Rating? Why it has Epiq latches but not wheels? The bumpers are Snap-on labeled but made of a material I have never seen on another SO.
