Do special pliers exist to aid in removing such automotive electrical cable clamps? Something like this:

I typically just get behind the black circular plastic part and pull up, but this can still break the clamp or the "ears". Basically need a tool that looks like this, with nice and flat parts.

Except one piece instead of two. Then when you squeeze the pliers together it pushes the two pieces closer together.
The flatness aspect would you allow you to get around the black plastic piece pointed with blue arrow in the first photo.
Squeezing the pliers would allow you to press the two plastic "ears" together of the clamp indicated by the yellow arrows.
Then you can just pull up.
