pole barn mud sill height

Hey guys just was wondering where you guys put your mudsill when building a pole barn in comparison to the final grade?
I dont like to see the mud sill after the metal is on but should keep the metal off the ground. What are your opinions?

I'm the opposite, I like having one with a decent height to it, so you can hose out the inside easily.
