I have a pole building that was built in the '60's. I have had a floor poured, electrical run to it, walk in door installed and a roll up door installed in place of the slider. I am now at the point where I am wanting to insulate the building.
My plan was to do the spray foam on the steel, then I was going to have the walls studded and pit in the fiberglass batting. I was going to wrap it in plastic and then put up OSB for my walls.
Has anyone else done it this way? I had one guy tell me that the spray foam soaks up moisture and will cause the steel to rust out (he has a friend this happened to) has anyone else had this problem or know of it? Does anyone else have any other suggestions? I am in NW OH if this makes a difference. Thanks
