Anyone have any experience with Polyamerica Inc MasterQuartz DES?

Spec's list it as 100% solids binder coat and 100% clear finish coat with chips broadcast into the binder coat.
The architect on a project of mine has spec'd this for a residential garage (the client will not be doing any work in the garage other than parking vehicles). This would be professionally installed.
