Post count discrepancies

When I click my username, I see my post count is shown as 243, yet when I click "Find all posts", only 89 are listed.

Similarly, when I click Bull's username, I see a total post count of 4,595, but when I click "Find all posts", only 500 are listed. Surely the difference of 4,095 posts did'nt all appear in "Free parking" ?

However, when I click Ryan's username, I see his count is shown as only 360, when his "Find all posts" is listed as 408, ie. 48 more than credited to his username.

What is the reason for these apparent discrepancies, and how can I find all of my 243 posts? - Many thanks. :)

Hmm...I don't have an answer yet but both you and I only have results that go back to January of this year, too.

I did find other members for whom posts dating earlier than 1/10 are shown. But, it does also seem that no more than 500 posts are shown for anyone i the results. I looked at a few other prolific posters and the most results shown are 500.

When you go to search for "More posts by user" it won't show posts that are in Free Parking, as search is disabled there for some reason. It *****, and i wish it worked there.

It also won't ever display more than 500 posts. That's a VBulletin thing, which also *****.

I remember when merk made his 10,000th post thread he quoted his first ever post.

How did he manage to find it.
