PowerCoat Epoxy by Vexcon

Has anyone had experience with PowerCoat Epoxy HD by Vexcon? I came into four gallons of unopened product from a recent highway concrete bridge project.

I'm thinking of using this on an existing garage floor in the Philadelphia area. Although I obtained the paint for a minimal cost, the five gallon pail of primer lists for $285 at my local stocking distributor in King of Prussia, PA.

Lower solids relative to high solids products but MUCH higher than the cheap stuff. Its going to be a thinner build, how is the concrete? Found this thread that has at least one happy customer http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23791

The project is a 20' x 27' monolithic slab poured in 1952. There are no major cracks or surface defects in need of repair. Oil stains are few and small. A previous owner applied an unknown floor paint that has mostly worn off. I have never seen a flake from the small amount of intact paint in 8 years. I have no idea if a sealer was applied.

I have an upcoming three day window when my wife will be traveling on business. For various reasons, it would be wise for me to pounce on that opportunity.
