I just had a painter install a epoxy floor on my 2 year old concrete floor in my garage.
He put down 3 coats. He shot blasted the floor first and then used a roller brush to put down the 2 coats of primer and the final gloss coat.
The floor did not come out as shinny/smooth as I thought it should have, and somewhat shows small valleys from using the roller.
The epoxy is supposed to be self leveling, however it didn't really come out that way.
Anyone know if this is normal, or did we mess up? Solid color no flakes. Gray.
thanks
Joe
