Pre-Build Pole Barn Construction Questions

I am starting to plan out my 40x60 pole barn for my auto hobby shop in Southern GA. I plan to build the barn myself and everything I have searched, read and watched this is pretty easy when planned out. I do have several questions I am hoping some of you can help me answer.

I am planning to use metal trusses. The purlins are raised up and creates open space on the roof line. Picture below showing what I mean. How to I close this up? There is also open space alone the eave, same question. I plan on closing everything up and insulating the barn. I don't need it for the winter, but the summers I would like to work on vehicles with out a constant IV drip going.

As well does anyone have or know where I could get some metal truss pole barn plans. I have some drawn up for how I want to build my barn but just looking for something to compare. Thank you all for any help.

You would put your insulation between the purlins.

You are unlikely to find steel truss building plans as the are engineered and the land grant universities never publish steel truss plans as they thought it beyond DIY building(of the truss).

Not going to be a very energy efficient building with an insulated roof and air infiltration everywhere up there unless you spray foam or caulk every joint prior to installing the insulation.

Plus you have to add framing to attach the insulation and sheeting to.

Blocking between rafters along the gables and above the top plates. I'd spray foam everything. Think in terms of having a giant picnic cooler; easy to heat or cool. The building will be tight so also plan on some forced ventilation.
Cover the foam with plywood and run electric in conduit on the surface if you can't get it in place before spraying.
