Problem filling radiant heat, keeps foaming up

I'm filling my radiant heat system and I have 15 gallons of distilled water and 5 gallons of propylene glycol that they say to you. But when I try to purge the system my mixer keeps foaming up. Does any one know whats wrong? Thanks!

20 gallons of liquid, how big is your shop? Must be close to 2000 sqft.

What are you using for a mixer? I just poured 2 gallons of water with 1 gallon of antifreeze. Pumped it into my system with a lttle pony pump. You do not want aerate the liquid before you pump it in. My 800 sqft took 7 gallons to fill the system.

Thats one of the negitives of running glycol, are you sure you need the gycol?

One thing you could try would be to purge the system realy well. For example you pump water into one end of a loop (the supply for example) with a little pony pump, and let the other end dump into a bucket untill you get pure liquid without any foam.

The bad part about foam issues is the air vents cant tell foam from liquid, and it can cause a real mess if you have foam in your system....
