Problematic LED lights.

I stumbled accross some chatter about glowing LED light while switched off. I'm having similar problems. One of the things I did was to ensure that my main neutral wire was earthed properly. This worked very well for the first units, but not in the slightest for the new units. When I say units,I'm specifically referring to small flats. Since I'm an electrician this is quite a frustration for me because I can't seem to find the problem. It makes perfectly sense why the lights still glow, although I wish the solution was much more simpler than it seems to be. I'm thinking about connecting a second switch for my neutral feed to cut off any leaking current. I don't want to swop around my wires since I don't think it is practical to have a permanent hot feed to my lights, so I'd rather experiment with an extra switch to see if it makes any difference. Could you guys give some thought over this matter and give me feedback? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a PIR switch? My lights would glow faintly when I had a PIR installed. I went back to a normal switch and it stopped.
